Courtney Sharp
Courtney is a compassionate and skilled Kinesiologist, as well as an instructor in Emotional and Metaphysical Kinesiology. Her heart’s deepest alignment and fulfillment come from walking alongside others on their healing journeys, helping them rediscover their true, radiant selves. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to reconnect with their bodies, honor their inner wisdom, and live in harmony with their soul’s calling.
Courtney believes that our bodies are not just vessels but powerful messengers, continuously speaking to us through sensations, emotions, and imbalances. She sees the body as a wise, intuitive guide that holds the key to unlocking profound healing. Through the sacred art of Kinesiology, Courtney becomes a conduit, translating the body’s language and helping individuals understand the messages it carries. In this way, she facilitates a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit, guiding each person toward a place of clarity, balance, and self-awareness.

Kirsten Sorensen
Kirsten is an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist and Advanced Usui Reiki Practitioner. She is gifted at authentically connecting with others, meeting them at a soul level.
Kirsten empowers her clients, providing them with the support they need to create positive change in their lives and to take responsibility for their own uniquely beautiful healing journeys. Whilst holding them in safe and sacred space, she dives deep in her sessions, providing time to truly collaborate with her clients and connect them with their higher selves.
Using her intuition, presence and insight, she is here to help others move through the more difficult parts of their journeys and guide them to understand themselves deeply.
She is passionate about all things energy healing and is in love with the stars and cosmos. She is ruled by the planet Venus, being born with a Leo sun, Taurus moon and Libra rising. As a 5/1 Self-Projected Projector in Human Design, she observes the universe through a lens of complete awe and intrigue, seeing the magic that we are and the magic that exists all around us.

Hey there, I'm Rhi! I'm a Somatic Coach, Reiki Master and spaceholder for women wanting to experience more spaciousness, presence and softness within themselves and their lives.
My journey to this work began from navigating my own challenges: burnout, anxiety, and that deep, restless urge to experience more alignment, freedom, and of course less stress. I've been in the place where overwhelm feels like the norm, where being sensitive in a fast-paced world feels like a hurdle rather than a gift.
Today, I'm here to support and guide you in finding a gentler, more aligned path forward. Helping you to rediscover and honour your unique way of being and living in the world.
My offerings weave together Somatic (body and nervous-system-led) Coaching, Reiki, Yin Yoga and Australian Bush Flower Essences. These subtle yet transformational modalities offer a deep reconnection with yourself, paves the path for softening and resilience within your nervous system, and cultivate inner strength and trust.
